I'm a licensed Texas real estate agent and an active real estate investor. More importantly, I help homeowners decide the best way to sell their property - based on their goals, not mine.

How I Got Here

I didn't start in real estate as an agent.

I started by working directly with homeowners who needed to sell properties that weren't always easy to deal with - homes that needed repairs, had tenant issues, or came with complicated situations.

Over time, I saw a pattern.

Many homeowners were being pushed toward a single solution - whether that was selling quickly for cash or listing on the market - without really understanding their full set of options. And in many cases, that meant leaving money on the table or taking on unnecessary stress.

That didn't sit right with me. So I became a licensed real estate agent to expand what I could offer.

My Approach is Simple

Every property - and every situation - is different. Instead of pushing one path, I help you compare your options, which may include:

  • Selling directly for a cash offer

  • Listing the property as-is

  • Making light improvements and listing

  • Positioning the home to maximize value

Then you decide what makes the most sense for you.

Why This Matters

Most real estate agents are focused on listings.

Most investors are focused on buying.

Very few take the time to walk you through both sides so you can make an informed decision. That's the gap I fill. Because the "best" option isn't always the highest price or the fastest sale - it's the one that aligns with your priorities.

If listing makes the most sense, I'll help you do that. If selling as-is is the better fit, I'll walk you through that option as well. Either way, you'll know why you're choosing it.
